The Antidote Live

An immersive experience blending self-leadership, somatic dance, meditation and real connection for women who are ready to reconnect with their pleasure and aliveness.

Together, we gather in a space held for letting go. A space to awaken your fire, to invoke the wild woman who lives inherently in you, and to find your way back to playfulness, connection, and joy through shared stories, laughter, movement, and stillness.

The Antidote is a 3-hour experience where you join a space with like-minded women, all curious about tapping into their desires, their pleasure, and the subconscious beliefs that secretly run their lives. This is the space where can you let out a big sigh of relief and re-discover who the f@k you are!

What’s Included?

  • We kick things off with fun warm-up and opening circle to get connected.

  • Then we settle in for a 20-minute talk on the Art of Self-Leadership, you will discover the subconscious patterns secretly running your life, and how to move through them for juicy expansion in 2026.

  • From there, we flow into a 45-minute somatic dance practice. Think of it as your body's reset button β€” combining movement, breathwork, meditation, and affirmations to release what you've been holding onto and step into emotional, physical, and spiritual freedom.

  • We close with grounding snacks and tea, coming together with open minds, open hearts, and a whole lot of new possibilities.

  • Oh, and you'll also be taking home a fab goodie bag (who doesn't enjoy freebie goodies!).

Who’s This Is For?

The Antidote is for women who know there is so much ALIVENESS inside them.

You crave more sensuality, more joy, and real connection where you have a space to really look inwards.

You have busy jobs, kids, constant to-do lists, and every week you tell yourself things we will slow down. We live in world where our masculine β€˜do’ is usually dominant and when we are in survival mode we forget the absolute gold that is our wild feminine.

This transmission is the antidote to everything that keeps you small.

You will walk away with powerful tools, a fire in your belly, and new friends.

This isn’t just another class, it’s a mind and body activation.
