Unbound
The 6 month mentorship for women who are ready to……
Beginning ….. October
We are in a time where the feminine is rising and one of the most powerful things you can do is right now is to be able to express yourself in the fullest way possible.
You’re on the path of self-inquiry. You’ve read countless books, you’ve meditated, been to the breathwork classes and you know where in your childhood your patterns began.
Yet there are blindspots.
This self development. It’s self-mastery. (something sexier here)
The patriarchy knows how powerful women are which is why it started.
Your voice, your sensuality, and your rage has been silenced and this is where your power lies.
“Kavita is so passionate and dedicated. She helps you navigate at a pace that's achievable but also pushes your edges. It's like having a best friend cheering you on every step of the way.
Thank you Kavita for truly transforming the relationship with myself and the way I show up in the world!”

We Move Through Three Core Arcs.
-

The Noise Arc
This isn’t just about coping better with anxiety. You're here to change the brain's default prediction and work with your nervous system .
-

The Story Arc
The neuroscience is made accessible so you understand exactly what's happening in your brain and body as you rewire.
-

The Silence Arc
The anxiety pattern lives in the body, not just the mind. Somatic work is how we reach this.
Unbound isn’t about doing more on your own. It’s built through being witnessed, supported, and guided as you practice living differently.
This is for you if
You’re committed to changing your patterns, and aren’t looking for a ‘quick fix’
You feel disconnected from your body, your full pleasure, and the sense of being fully alive in your own skin.
You're curious about microdosing as a creative and somatic tool and want a structured, intentional container to explore it.
You want to learn how you can optimise a microdosing protocol for your personal needs.
You want to work with the body, not just the mind.
This is not for you if
You are any first-degree family member is living bi-polar disorder or schizophrenia.
You’re in an acute mental health crisis right now.
You want someone to fix you, this is a co-creation.
Our time together
Live sessions will be bi-weekly every Tuesday evening 7.30-9pm from…..
These calls will be a mixture of teaching and hot seat coaching.

Mapping the landscape
We begin with inquiry tracing in the body, where do you feel numb and where are you alive. The neuroscience of the default mode network is introduced, why the brain's inner critic is so loud, and how microdosing begins to soften it.
Classical tantra is introduced as the philosophical home of the embodiment thread, what it actually is, and what it isn't (it’s not sex!)
-
Divergent thinking — the open mindOn the creativity thread, we go deep into divergent thinking, what it is, what blocks it, and how psilocybin creates the neurological conditions for it to flow.
On the embodiment thread, we begin working with the tantric concept of spanda, the creative pulse that moves through all living things as a somatic practice.
-
Convergent thinking, bringing it into form
The second cognitive mode is convergent thinking, refinement, and discernment. How psilocybin enhances both modes, and why that matters for creativity in a way that most people don't expect. On the embodiment thread, we work with pleasure as intelligence, a core tenet of tantric philosophy.
-
Midpoint - what's opening
A week to pause and take stock of both threads. Group sharing, written reflection, and inquiry into what's shifting. Practices are adjusted based on what has emerged. This week's focus is integration — letting what's been loosened land rather than rushing to the next thing.
Integration: Midpoint reflection.
-
The body as creative source
This week the two threads meet. Tantric philosophy has always understood the body as the origin of creative energy, not a vehicle for the mind, but the source itself. We explore how embodiment and creative output are the same energy moving in different directions, and what it means to create from that place.
-
Sensuality and the creative life
A dedicated week for sensuality. The relationship between a full sensory life and creative output is explored through both neuroscience and tantric philosophy. We will delve into a deep breathwork practice this week.
-
Permission and continuity
What stands between most people and full creative and sensual aliveness is permission to take up space, to feel deeply, to make things that matter to them. We work with where that permission has been withheld and what it takes to grant it to yourself. Designing an ongoing practice that holds both threads beyond the programme.
-
Closing ceremony & integration
Sharing what has opened, what surprised you, and what you're carrying forward. A creative expression element, whatever form feels true. Letters to self.
