Sunday night. Everything's fine. And that's the problem.
Your life looks good from the outside. A career, the gym membership you actually use, a pretty good morning routine. You've read self-help books, attended the workshops and you know your attachment style and triggers.

There's this underlying feeling of unease when you allow yourself to be still. Not loud enough to be a crisis but persistent enough to keep saying there’s more to this.

You book the retreat and you feel so inspired, for about four days. And then Tuesday arrives, your inbox is full, someone needs something from you, and by Thursday you can't quite remember what shifted.

Coming home to the body & meeting what’s ready to shift
We begin by slowing down and turning toward the body because lasting change doesn’t start in the mind alone.
In this phase, you’ll be guided through embodiment coaching and Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry to:
Gently uncover the emotional and relational roots of your patterns.
Meet the subconscious parts of yourself that have been driving behaviour beneath the surface.
Reconnect with your body as a source of information and safety.
Ground yourself in a feminine flow practice designed to cultivate a richer connection to your internal felt sense.
Begin to face what’s ready to change because you can’t change what you aren’t aware of. This is where awareness deepens into deep honesty.
And where we start to build a clear inner roadmap for transformation through evidence-backed methods.

The Regulate Arc
Nervous system safety, capacity, and new ways of responding
Once awareness is present, we work with the nervous system the place where habits, reactions, and self-sabotage are held.
In this phase, you’ll learn how to:
Regulate your nervous system in real time.
Learn to map your unique nervous system patterns so you can begin repatterning toward more safety, flow, and ease
Increase your capacity to stay present with discomfort, emotion, and uncertainty.
Recognise recurring patterns in mindset, behaviour, and identity.
Shift from automatic reactions into conscious choice.
Here, insight becomes something you can stay with. This is where a steadier, more resilient baseline begins to form.

The Rise Arc
Changing internal states & embodying what you’re moving toward
In the final phase, we focus on integration and expansion by building on the safety and capacity you’ve already created.
You’ll be supported to:
Work with breathwork to shift internal states.
Delve into the identity piece, here we’ll unpack your current and future identity.
Boundaries coaching
Pleasure coaching
Use visualisation and intention to orient toward what you’re calling in
Explore manifestation through a grounded lens of quantum physics and nervous system coherence.
Align your inner state with the direction you want to move in
Becoming embodied enough to hold what you’re ready to receive.
Throughout all three phases, you’re not just learning tools — you’re living the process, supported through weekly integration, group mentorship, and embodied practice.
This is how change becomes sustainable and new rhythm takes shape.
The six pillars work together to support deep, embodied, and sustainable change. They’re not linear. Each one strengthens the others as the journey unfolds.
What your journey looks like inside Root to Rise.
Weekly Coaching Calls and Trainings.
Weekly live group coaching sessions drawing through the lens of Dr Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic, and embodiment coaching. One person at a time receives direct, hands-on support while the group observes and learns.
These sessions anchor into the weekly themes further and you’ll be coached through themes such as subconscious patterns, boundaries, pleasure, roles, and more.
Each week inside Root to Rise is anchored into a theme.
You'll find a core training in the portal that goes deep on that theme.
Some weeks come with additional practices and meditations to take the theme off the screen and into your body. Understanding something conceptually and actually integrating it are two very different things.
This is how real change accumulates. Week by week, theme by theme, layer by layer.

The Private Community Space
This is your space that is available to you throughout the process. It’s a place where I offer encouragement, accountability, and mini-trainings. Where you can come to share your wins, your wobbles, and your questions in-between calls.
This is where we build, grow, and support one another in community.

One of the most beautiful and rewarding parts of this mentorship is being witnessed and understood by others. This is where you receive one-to-one and hot seat coaching through Compassionate Inquiry and Embodiment Coaching lenses. These sessions are powerful!

Each week, you'll receive bite-sized video and audio trainings (15–20 minutes) designed to deepen your understanding of that month's theme. This will ground you in the theory while keeping it digestible and accessible.
Alongside these, you'll receive embodiment practices carefully crafted to support the teachings. This is so important because true transformation isn't just about what you know, it's about what you live and this is what we do in Root to Rise.

At the end of each month we anchor into each phase with a 60 minute practice that will facilitate your journey through the body.
Month 1 - Moving Meditation and Yin Yoga.

You’re not meant to walk this path alone. This is your circle for connection, integration, and accountability. A place to check in, reflect, and be witnessed as you move through the process. Whether you’re riding a high, meeting resistance, or simply staying present with what’s emerging, this space offers consistency, care, and companionship along the way.

The Root to Rise mentorship is a 14 week mentorship programme which includes two weeks of integration. During these two weeks there will be no calls, but the Telegram support will the space for accountability, sharing, and reflections.
There are five live calls per month, four are your coaching sessions and one is the guided embodiment/breathwork practice.

This programme exists because of over a decade of lived experience.
Over the last ten years, I have been training, refining, and living this exact process and this mentorship is everything I wish I had when I first longed for a life that felt expansive, authentic, and truly free.
Through years of experience in spaceholding, coaching, and ultimately leading myself, this programme is the result of everything I have learnt, unlearnt, and rediscovered distilled into a journey I am honoured to walk alongside you.

Talking therapy is incredibly valuable but it primarily works with the mind. What many people don't realise is that 80% of the information our nervous system processes travels from the body up to the brain, not the other way around. This is why so much of our pain, our patterns, and our wisdom live in the body itself.
This work is somatic we go there. When we work with the mind and the body together, that's where sustainable, lasting change becomes possible.

Hey, I’m Kavita
The last ten years has been quite the journey for me. I worked in clubs living what felt like a celebrity life at times. It was alot of fun. Until it wasn’t.
I numbed myself with binge eating, pushed my body until it broke down with alopecia, partied hard to avoid my feelings, sabotaged dates, and lived under the weight of imposter syndrome and a constant lack of self-belief.
But everything changed when I learned how to see these patterns for what they really were, protective parts of me asking to be acknowledged, not punished.
Today, I’m living proof that transformation is possible.
For the last 10 years, I’ve not only led myself through these loops. I’ve also trained extensively in Psychology, Transpersonal psychology, an MSc in Consciousness, Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, Eastern Philosophy, and more.
I’m married to the man of my dreams, I’ve left behind the self-destructive cycles, and I now lead myself with confidence, not just in my work, but in my entire life.
