The container will consist of 8 weekly calls. Live sessions will be every Monday evening 7-9pm from the 13th July. You’ll also receive my mini-course on microdosing upon sign up. This includes the science, the protocol options, how the medicine works on the brain, and the body and the most up-to-date research. you can watch this in your own time. Replays of the sessions will be available if you can’t make some of the calls.

We begin by understanding the landscape. You'll explore polyvagal theory, the threat response, and how anxiety has shapes your nervous system over time. Through body mapping, you'll start to locate where anxiety actually lives in you as a physical experience.

Somatic Practice - Somatic Tracking

This week is about neuroplasticity what it actually means, and why microdosing creates a unique opportunity to lay down new patterns. You'll learn about BDNF and the default mode network, and begin working with breathwork as a daily nervous system anchor.
Breathwork Practice

We look at cortisol, the HPA axis, and how chronic stress keeps the nervous system locked in survival mode.
Alongside the science, you'll build a daily micro-practices to begin shifting your baseline.

A midpoint pause. This week honours what your body carries. Stored tension, patterns, and the feedback loop between brain and body.
Space is made for reflection, group sharing, and adjusting your practice based on what has been emerging.
Integration: Midpoint reflection.

Rewiring anxious thought patterns
Hebbian learning, cognitive flexibility, and how the microdosing window supports the loosening of rigid loops.
This week the breathwork becomes a real-time anxiety interrupt, anchoring new patterns in the body as well as the mind.

Safety in the body, building a regulated baseline
Window of tolerance, co-regulation, and what a genuinely regulated nervous system actually feels like from the inside.
You'll build internal anchors of safety through resourcing work and a longer breathwork practice.

Sustaining change and integration.How to maintain what's been built, what the research says about long-term outcomes, and how to design an ongoing practice that fits your life beyond the eight weeks and beyond.

Integration and closing
The final week provides a space for sharing what has shifted, letters to self, and looking ahead. This is where you anchor into carrying this work forward.
