A self-led coaching course that will provide you with the tools to establish and refine your microdosing practice for long term personal growth.
Leverage scientific research and ancient wisdom to create a personalised programme that empowers you to make profound shifts in consciousness and self -understanding.
Psychedelics and psychedelic therapy have the potential to expand your mind, access the depths of your subconscious, facilitate the healing of past trauma, and get the most out of this one short life.
I draw on my own published research on psilocybin microdosing, a decade of mind/body practices to include yogic theory, breathwork, Compassionate Inquiry, embodiment and transformation coaching to guide you towards you evolution of your personal growth, health, and relationships.
Microdosing isn’t a one-size-fits all approach and it isn’t a silver bullet, however with the right guidance, supportive practices, and intention you will optimise your personal practice. The goal of microdosing is to create long term changes in your habits, mindset, and mood. I have observed many benefits of microdosing through my own MSc research and journey, coaching clients and scientific research. Potential benefits include…
Increased Neuroplasticity
Heightened Creativity
Increased connection with yourself and others
Mindfulness
Improved mood and reduced anxiety
Moving through trauma (with support)
Learn to foster a sensitivity to your body.
Greater awareness
Less procrastination
Access flow state more easily
Disrupt unhealthy patterns
Optimise performance
These are all possible benefits yet is important to understand and be aware that undesirable feelings, emotions, and memories could come to the surface. This is where guidance, supportive practices, and community will help you on your way. This course will provide you with the guidance you crave.

How am I qualified to take you through this journey?
I began my journey with a number of yoga trainings and styles. I didn’t want to be a yoga teacher per se but something about highlighted quite clearly that the path to the mind, body connection and self-awareness was what lit me up. Through my MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal psychology I also knew that there is so much more to the life that we experience day to day in this ‘ordinary’ state of consciousness. I knew there was more out there, places we can access through altered states. As I continued my education I qualified in Transformational coaching, Embodiment Coaching, Transformational Breathwork, and Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry to name a few.
I was curious about the emerging and rapidly increasing research surrounding the possible benefits of psychedelics which led me to study psilocybin microdosing in depth. I am also part of the Psycare team working in festivals where I support festival goers through challenging psychedelic experiences.
I am sharing my experience working with clients, my knowledge of the scientific research, interviews that I carried out with microdosers across the globe, and my personal experience.
My work is always informed by the most up to date research. I am also a firm believer that science has not caught up with the scope of what we are capable of experiencing and this is where it is magical to feel into our lived experience. This is where words are not always available to us, where we can only learn to become sensitive to what our body is experiencing in the moment.
