A GUIDED MONTHLY MICRODOSING JOURNEY

Embarking on a microdosing journey can be transformative, but it’s not always easy to navigate alone. That’s where the power of community comes in. Being part of a supportive network can amplify the benefits of your experience, helping you feel connected, understood, and inspired along the way.

Why Community Matters in Microdosing

  1. Shared Experiences Lead to Growth
When you share your journey with others, you gain perspectives that deepen your understanding. Listening to others’ successes, challenges, and insights can provide inspiration and guidance as you progress.

  2. Overcoming Isolation
The microdosing path can feel personal and inward-focused. A community creates a safe space to share your experiences, helping you feel less alone and more confident in your process.

  3. Accountability & Encouragement
A group provides a structure of accountability, motivating you to stay consistent with your intentions. Fellow members celebrate your wins and encourage you during challenges, creating a positive cycle of progress.

  4. Learning from Each Other
Everyone brings their own experiences and knowledge to the table. Through open conversations, you’ll discover new tools, techniques, and insights that can enhance your journey.

The Spiral reflects the natural rhythm of growth and transformation, mirroring the dynamic shape of a spiral. Once you have joined the first spiral, you can join as many as you please, the journey becomes one of continuous evolution—revisiting familiar themes with new depth and insight. As you progress, you may find yourself returning to where you began, but with a heightened awareness and expanded perspective.

Each loop of the spiral builds on the last, allowing for gentle but profound healing and self-discovery, much like nature's own pattern of growth 🍄

Guided Zoom calls

🍄 Call 1 - Opening Ceremony. Ceremony and ritual are powerful tools for transformation. They create a sacred space that allows us to step out of the noise of daily life and into a state of intention and presence. In the context of The Spiral, our opening ceremony sets the foundation for the journey ahead, honoring the space we’re creating together and the personal growth we’re committing to. Ritual helps us mark the beginning of change, aligning our minds, bodies, and spirits with our goals. It invites clarity, focus, and a sense of reverence, helping us connect deeply to ourselves, the group, and the process.

🍄 Calls 2 and 3 - There will be two optional, 30 minute zoom calls where we have the opportunity to share, ask any questions, and also have a guided meditation with your dose. This provides a space where we can all be in a space together energetically.

🍄 Call 4 - Closing ceremony - As we come to the end of The Spiral journey, the closing ceremony holds a special significance. Ritual at this stage is not just a way to honor the progress you’ve made, but a sacred moment to integrate the insights, growth, and transformation experienced throughout the course. Closing the container with intention provides closure, grounding, and a sense of wholeness.

In this ceremony, we reflect on the journey together, celebrating breakthroughs and acknowledging challenges with gratitude and grace. Ritual helps us anchor the lessons learned, sealing the work into our hearts and minds. It’s an opportunity to release what no longer serves us and set a clear intention for how we’ll carry this transformation forward into our lives.

Through shared practices such as gratitude exercises, reflective journaling, and symbolic actions, we honor the personal and collective energy that has held space for this transformation. This ritual creates a bridge from the sacred space of The Spiral to your daily life, empowering you to move forward with clarity, purpose, and a deep connection to your authentic self.

The closing ceremony reminds us that while this chapter comes to an end, the journey of growth continues, enriched by the tools and wisdom gained along the way. Together, we will step into this next phase with gratitude, courage, and trust in the path ahead.

How am I qualified to take you through this journey?

I started my journey with a number of yoga trainings and styles. I didn’t want to be a yoga teacher per se but something about highlighted quite clearly that the path to the mind, body connection and self-awareness was what lit me up. Through my MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal psychology I also knew that there is so much more to the life that we experience day to day in this ‘ordinary’ state of consciousness. I knew there was more out there, places we can access through altered states. As I continued my education I qualified in Transformational coaching, Embodiment Coaching, Transformational Breathwork, and Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry to name a few.

I was curious about the emerging and rapidly increasing research surrounding the possible benefits of psychedelics which led me to study psilocybin microdosing in depth. I am also part of the Psycare team working in festivals where I support festival goers through challenging psychedelic experiences.

So here I am. I am sharing my experience working with clients, my knowledge of the scientific research, interviews that I carried out with microdosers across the globe, and my personal experience.

I am a science geek and I love that my work is informed by research. I am also a firm believer that science has not caught up with the scope of what we are capable of experiencing and this is where it is magical to feel into our lived experience. This is where words are not always available to us, where we can only learn to become sensitive to what our body is experiencing in the moment.
